Terms and Conditions

Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit/debit card. On booking a deposit of £50 will be charged to the card details provided. The balance payment for your booking is due on departure. We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy, details of which are provided below. Payment on departure can be made by credit/debit card or cash.

Children over the age of 12 are welcome. We regret that pets are not accepted. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises; there are mains powered smoke detectors in all rooms.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in time - we operate a flexible check-in time provided you tell us about your plans in advance, and if possible phone or text us an hour or so before arrival. In the case of early arrivals your room may not be ready but we can normally check you in and provide you with your key and look after luggage. Arrivals before 19:00 are preferred but we do appreciate this may not always be possible due to travel constraints.

Check-out time - before 11:00. We are happy to hold luggage after 11:00 if you wish to visit Cambridge on the day of your departure.

We are a small family run B&B so please do keep us informed of your schedule to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible welcome.

Prices

Room rates are per room, per night and include breakfast and parking. Single occupancy rates are offered at a £10 discount from the double occupancy rate. Room rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by email or telephone at least 72 hours prior to 16.00 on your confirmed arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit (less any transaction charges). In the event of you cancelling a booking, we will send a confirmation email to you.

If you cancel 72 hours or less prior to 16.00 on your confirmed arrival date we will retain the deposit payment.
